Jessica Toussaint, MHA

Jessica Toussaint is a passionate healthcare professional committed to elevating industry standards. As the Primary Care Practice Manager, she focuses on delivering accessible, cost-effective, and positive patient care. Jessica also serves as treasurer on NAHSE DVC’s Executive Board.
Her academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration & Human Resources Management from Rider University (2020) and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University (2022). As an active member of NAHSE and ACHE, Jessica values professional growth and networking. Her favorite NAHSE event, the Chat & Chew, emphasizes the importance of representation and connections in her career.
During the pandemic, Jessica played a pivotal role as a Telehealth Coordinator, collaborating with physicians to enhance patient care. Breaking the leadership ceiling during her Master’s program was a significant accomplishment. Her goal is to make an iconic difference in the community by delivering high-quality, accessible care while mentoring future healthcare leaders.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys travel, discovering new restaurants, and exploring personal finance and investing.
